Sound In The Signals - Issue Of The Month (April 2015)

I'm posting this a few days late, but I definitely wanted to make sure we talked about our favorite comic book for the month of April. I think April had a ton of standout issues. I have to give issue of the month this month to the finale issue of Miles Morales: The Ultimate Spider-Man.

It's crazy to think this fantastic series has only run 12 issues and it's already being concluded. I'm assuming a new Miles series will launch post Secret Wars (similar to what happened after Cataclysm when the Ultimate Spider-Man series became this series). This issue continues the series trend of fantastic art and great storytelling. You get a nice finale to a lot of the events and also a neat lead in to where Miles and some of his friends may be headed soon. I like how the issue is able to bring back a lot of familiar faces and friends Miles has had over the course of his becoming Spider-Man together for the conclusion. Check this out and catch up on this series if you've never read it. It's a really good standout story and any fan of the Ultimate Universe will really enjoy this issue.
